Instructions
- Prepare the Nutella-Hazelnut Filling:
- Chop the hazelnuts into small pieces.
- Mix them with the Nutella and set aside.
- Make the Brownies:
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan-assisted).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter in the microwave in 20-second intervals. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, caster sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract for 4 minutes until creamy.
- Fold in the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture.
