Ingredients

- 70 g butter
- Fresh parsley
- 100 g cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Tangzhong:
- In a small saucepan, combine 15 g of flour with 100 ml of milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Make the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and milk.
- Add the Tangzhong paste, cream cheese, egg, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Incorporate the butter and knead again until fully combined.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- Wrap the garlic head in baking paper and then in aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes.
- Let the garlic cool, then squeeze the cloves into a bowl.
